History:
Young mother who completed childbearing complained of a saggy labia minora and wide clitoral hood. She also wanted the repair of her perineum damaged at childbirth which caused a reduction in friction during intercourse as well as reduced sensitivity. External Anal Skin Tags also were a bother and cause of discomfort. She underwent a perineoplasty, Hybrid labiaplasty, and clitoral hood reduction, and O-Shot. She recovered well as seen in the first 3 photos.
Six. Months later the patient requested a more aggressive labiaplasty to a complete Barbie Look and for smoother labial edges. She also wanted a Vampire Wing Lift as she recognized the deflation of her labia majora at the post operative time frame. She also noticed that she had developed unsightly external anal skin tags. A Feathering Resurfacing approach with radio frequency surgery was done along with a Vampire Wing Lift. She healed fully six weeks after the Feathering and Vampire procedure and was very happy with her results.
