History:

Young professional woman requested ThermiVa treatments and a Vampire Wing Lift to reduce the laxity and sagging of her labia majora and to create a more youthful appearance. She underwent a series of ThermiVa treatments over 3 months and had 1cc of hyaluronic acid filler mixed with 8cc of PRP per side of her labia majora. This modest plumping of the majora with the tissue shrinkage of the external vulvar skin gave her the youthful sensitivity and tightness she was looking for.
