Case Study 1

History:

Middle-aged patient complained of laxity of her labia majora and drooping of her labia minora. She also did not like the gaping vaginal opening. She underwent a perineoplasty, Barbie Look labiaplasty, and a Vampire Wing Lift using 2cc of fillers and one 8cc of PRP per side. She also underwent ThermiVa treatments to shrink her labia majora skin and give it a refreshed appearance. Shown are the Before pictures on the top row, the Immediately After pictures in the middle row, and the After pictures at the bottom about two months after completing her therapies. She will have ThermiVa touch-up treatments every 6 months to maintain her skin tightness.
