Case Study 7: Large Volume Wing Lift

History:

Young professional came in requesting a labiaplasty for both appearance and function. She also wanted a significantly more prominent labia majora and mons pubis. Her perineum had excess skin that irritated her and which led directly to a prominent anal skin tag. She underwent a perineoplasty, labiaplasty, clitoral hood reduction, removal of external anal skin tags, Vampire Wing Lift, and O-Shot in 2020. Once she healed from surgery and her initial Vampire Wing Lift she requested a repeat Wing Lift to add more volume to her labia majora and mons pubis.
