	3rd Annual Cosmetic Conference November 19-23, 2008 AAOCG 2008 Las Vegas, NV. The 3rd Annual Cosmetic Conference was held at the Mandalay Bay Resort Casino, and covered topics for the practicing surgeon to add and refine their skills in Aesthetics, including labiaplasty, vaginoplasty, liposuction, tummy tucks, breast implants and laser resurfacing. Dr. Alinsod presented his lectures for the second consecutive year on new technologies.
	1st Annual Cosmetic Conference October 2007 AAOCG 2007 Laguna Beach, CA Dr. Alinsod and his staff were happy to host the first ever CME approved and accredited workshop on Aesthetic Vaginal Surgery. Dr. Neil Goodman, Dr. Denise Baker, and Dr. Sandip Maiti were the inaugural attendees to this very historic occasion. AAOCG Founder, John Wells, was a very welcome guest to this historic event.
	ARTIST DEDICATION Irena Dybiec, a local artist based in Laguna Beach, donates her "Amour et Patience" oil on canvas painting to the Laguna Laser Center December 20, 2007.
	SMCM FASHION SHOW The Annual South Coast Medical Center Fashion Show in September was a big success. The entire ballroom was filled with women and the models strutted their stuff to the cheers and whistles of their adoring fans. It was a successful fundraiser for the hospital foundation.
